Terms & Conditions
- This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- All quotations are subject to venue and package availability.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and reflected in our bank account.
- The remaining balance is payable 7 days prior to the event.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed before final invoicing.
- Any amendments to guest numbers, venue selection or package requirements may result in a revised quotation.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:
- Less than 30 days’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
- 30–59 days’ notice: 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
- 60–89 days’ notice: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- 90 days or more: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party (including Acts of God), Café Mambo will work with the client in good faith to reschedule the event, subject to venue availability.
